Glue sandwiches become little lizards!

You can make dough with white bread and glue. It's really sticky and messy at first but soon cleans up into a lovely smooth dough.
We made lizards from ours, here is how:

  1. Nice! The idea of glue sandwiches is very funny. Tell me do you add salt to the mix to help the objects keep afterwards? Does the mixture dry out the same size as when it is wet?

    1. Thank you Katherine. You could put salt in it and no harm done but no oxygen gets to the bread once its saturated with glue so they keep quite well anyway. Especially if you then paint them (acrylic is best) and varnish them or use another layer of glue as varnish. I'm very glad you like the idea! Best, Kirsteen
